Join us August 30–31 for the Grande Maumelle Sailing Club’s annual Labor Day Regatta, a two-day tradition that’s the perfect warm-up for the fall sailing season on Lake Maumelle. Racing is open to Y-Flyers, Flying Scots, Thistles, and catamarans, with competitors from outside clubs welcome.
Saturday kicks off with registration at 11:30 a.m., the competitors’ meeting at noon, and the harbor gun at 1:00 p.m. After racing, all members, guests, and visiting sailors are invited to the clubhouse for a casual dinner and drinks around 6:00 p.m. — a great time to swap stories and catch up with friends. Racing continues Sunday at 1:00 p.m., followed by the awards presentation.
