GMSC Annual Chili Cook-Off Returns Sunday

The GMSC Annual Chili Cook-Off returns to the clubhouse on Sunday, March 15, following the races, bringing a little friendly competition off the water and into the kitchen. Club members are invited to dust off their best chili recipes and compete for the coveted Golden Ladle.
After racing wraps up for the day, sailors and friends will gather in the clubhouse to sample a variety of homemade chili and vote for their favorites. The event has become a fun club tradition—equal parts bragging rights, good food, and great company.
Not planning to enter a chili? You can still join the fun by bringing a dessert to share and helping judge the competition. Whether you're cooking or just tasting, it’s a great way to wrap up a day of racing with fellow sailors.
